  19. The good resons are "complexity", "time" and "money". It is possible
  20. to write such a translator/compiler and it have been done (at least
  21. for other processors) but it is very difficult, takes a long time and
  22. therefor consumes a lot of resources (money and personell). There
  23. might also be legal issues invloved, and have been in the past.
